Never put off til tomorrow what you can postpone indefinitely!

It's been a couple of months since my last post.  A very crazy period :-)  Health issues, moving, grandson etc.

Well, I really don't believe in eternal procrastination.  So I figured I better post something.

What motivates you?

What will make you get off the couch, shut the TV/DVD/Wii and do something productive?  Will anybody care?  So many of the great accomplishments in life have come from somebody just starting.  There is an old, corny saying, "Beginning is half done."

It may be corny, but it is accurate.  The hardest step is the first.  Once you start, you can use momentum to make your progress easier.  But it begins with the first step.

What are your goals?  Where do you want to be?  How will you get there?  Do you have a plan?  When did you last look at it? So many of us have great plans, but no follow thru!

Well, I'm easing myself back, so I'll keep this post short.  What floats your boat?  I'd love to hear from you.

    I wanted to comment because I am getting a lot of comment spam on a blog that I manage for a client but I noticed a wonderful – and genuine – comment from one of them recently. I quote: “When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Thanks!”The comment was linked to a site that sold ’square bathroom rugs’. My blog has nothing to do with bathroom rugs, square or otherwise. But I take great comfort from the fact that he now understands the pain of having an inbox filled with unnecessary comment alerts.

    Definitely agree with exactly what you wrote. Your explanation was undoubtedly the simplest to understand. I tell you, I usually get irritable when individuals discuss issues that these people obviously do not know about.
